Cauliflower, Broccoli, Egg
A genuine 10-minute breakfast: cauliflower, broccoli and egg combined into a quick, protein-packed scramble or bake. It's an easy way to pack greens into the morning for babies from around 8 months. Cook the egg through fully and chop or mash to a texture your little one can manage.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower200 g
- Broccoli200 g
- Egg1 pc
Instructions

Steam the cauliflower and broccoli, or boil in a pot with a little water.

Let cool and mash with a fork.

Add the egg, pour into silicone molds, and place in the freezer. You can cook them directly in the molds by placing them in a steamer or a pot with a cup of boiling water for 10 minutes.
