Apple-Carrot Puree
Apple, Carrot, Ghee
Apple and carrot make a classic first-foods pairing: lightly sweet, full of vitamins, and easy to digest. A small knob of ghee helps baby absorb the carrot's fat-soluble nutrients. Smooth and gently warming, this puree is perfect from around 7 months. Adjust the water to get the texture your baby prefers.

- Boiled water1 tbsp
- Ghee1 tsp

Steam the apple and carrot for 20 minutes.
