Apple pancakes fold grated apple into a protein-rich cottage cheese and corn flour batter for soft, naturally sweet bites. They're a balanced, gluten-free breakfast for babies from around 8 months. Pan-cook gently until set and golden, then cool and cut into strips for easy self-feeding.

Ingredients

  • Apple80 g
  • Cottage cheese40 g
  • Corn flour1 tbsp heaping
  • Any oil1 tsp
  • Egg (C1)1 pc

Instructions

    Peel the apple and grate it using a fine grater.

    Add the remaining ingredients (cottage cheese, flour, oil, and egg) to the apple and mix well.

    Heat up a frying pan and reduce the heat to low.

    Cook the pancakes for 3 minutes on each side under a lid.
