Aromatic Pumpkin Fritters

Aromatic pumpkin fritters fold sweet pumpkin and apple into an egg-and-flour batter for soft, naturally sweet bites rich in vitamins and fibre. They're a comforting breakfast or snack for babies from around 8 months. Pan-cook gently until golden, then cool and serve in strips for little hands.
Ingredients
- Pumpkin30 g
- Apple40 g
- Any flour2 tbsp
- Egg1 pc
- Oil1 tbsp
Instructions

Grate the apple using a coarse grater and add the egg to it.

Grate the pumpkin using a fine grater and add it to the apple and egg mixture.

Add the flour and oil, then stir everything thoroughly.

Bake in a dry pan for 3-4 minutes on each side over LOW heat.
