Baked Oatmeal Casserole
Rolled oats, Milk, Nectarines, Banana, Ghee
A baked oatmeal casserole with rolled oats, milk, nectarine and banana — a warm, fibre-rich breakfast that's naturally sweet and comes together in one dish. It's a comforting make-ahead option for babies from around 8 months. Bake until set, then cool and cut into soft, sliceable squares.
Ingredients
- Rolled oats100 g
- Milk 3.2%300 ml
- Nectarines3 pcs
- Banana1 pc
- Ghee (can be substituted with butter)
Instructions

Blend the nectarine, banana, milk, and ghee together.

Pour the rolled oats into a baking dish.

Pour the blended mixture over the oats and mix well.

Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes. ♨️In an air fryer - 10 minutes at 180°C.

After baking, top the casserole with the remaining nectarines.
