Balanced Breakfast
Bulgur, Broccoli, Egg, Cheese (optional), Oil
This balanced breakfast combines bulgur and broccoli with egg and cheese for a savoury, nutrient-dense morning meal rich in fibre and protein. It's a satisfying start to the day for babies from around 8 months. Cook through fully, then cool and cut into easy-to-hold pieces for self-feeding.
Ingredients
- Bulgur40 g
- Broccoli40 g
- Water350 ml
- Egg1 pc
- Cheese10 g
- Dried garlic1/2 tsp
- Salt (after one year of age)to taste
- Any oil1 tsp
Instructions

Rinse the bulgur and add it to a pot with water. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Dice the broccoli and add to the bulgur. Cook for another 7 minutes until soft. Add the oil.

Whisk the egg with cheese and dried garlic. Pour onto a dry frying pan and cook, stirring constantly, for 7-8 minutes over low heat.
