Banana Cupcakes
Banana, Egg, Oat flour, Ghee
Soft banana cupcakes made with banana, egg, oat flour and a little ghee — naturally sweet, fibre-rich and free from added sugar. They're a wholesome snack or breakfast for babies from around 8 months and great for little hands. Bake until set, then cool before serving.

- Egg1 pc
- Oat flour2 tbsp
- Ghee1 tsp

Slice the banana into small pieces.

In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, flour, and butter.

Dip the banana slices into the prepared mixture and fry in a dry pan over low heat for 3-5 minutes on each side.
