Classic banana pancakes made with banana, semolina, egg and a little ghee — naturally sweet, soft and ready in minutes. They're a reliable breakfast favourite for babies from around 8 months and perfect for self-feeding. Cook gently until golden, then cool and cut into easy-to-hold strips.
Ingredients

- Semolina2 tbsp
- Ghee1 tsp
- Egg1 pc
Instructions

Mash the banana with a fork.

Add the remaining ingredients to the banana and mix well (let it sit for 10 minutes).

Bake in a dry pan for 3-4 minutes on each side.
