Battered Fruits

Apple, Banana, Rice flour, Sour cream, Egg

Battered fruits dip soft banana and apple in a light sour-cream-and-rice-flour batter for a warm, naturally sweet treat. It's a fun way to serve fruit to babies from around 7 months, with a tender texture that's easy to manage. Pan-cook gently until golden, then cool before serving in soft strips.
