Bean Fritters
Chicken fillet, Tomato, Green beans, Oil, Water, Garlic powder
Bean fritters combine protein-rich beans with chicken, tomato and a touch of garlic into soft, savoury bites full of fibre and plant-and-animal protein. They're a hearty finger food for babies from around 8 months. Pan-cook or bake until set, then cool and serve cut to a safe, manageable size.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet300 g
- Beans100 g
- Tomato150 g
- Ghee1 tsp
- Garlic powder1/2 tsp
- Water200 ml
Instructions

Blend the chicken fillet, tomato, and beans using a blender.

Add the garlic powder and stir together.

Add ghee to the pan, or keep the pan dry. Use low heat.

Spoon small portions of the mixture into the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Pour in the water and let it simmer for 15 minutes covered with a lid.
