Beetroot and Meat Pancakes
Beetroot, Corn flour, Jar of baby meat puree, Egg, Ghee
Vibrant beetroot and meat pancakes combine boiled beetroot with a jar of meat puree, egg and corn flour for a soft, iron-rich bite that's easy to digest. The colour makes them fun and the puree keeps prep simple. A nourishing snack from around 8 months — pan-cook until set and cool before serving.
Ingredients
- Beetroot20 g
- Corn flour (or any other flour)1 tbsp
- Jar of meat puree1 pc
- Egg1 pc
- Ghee1/2 tsp
Instructions

Pre-boil the beetroot.

Blend all ingredients together in a blender.

Cook in a dry pan for 1 minute on each side.
