Beetroot and Meat Pancakes (egg-free)

These egg-free beetroot and meat pancakes combine boiled beetroot with corn flour and a jar of meat puree for a soft, iron-rich bite that's vibrant and easy to digest. They're a great option for babies avoiding egg from around 8 months. Pan-cook until set, then cool before serving in strips.
