Wash the berries, dice the ripe sweet mango, place them into silicone muffin molds, and put them in the freezer.

Once frozen, remove them from the molds, store them in a bag, and take them out when making porridge, pancakes, or muffins.

Store in the freezer for no longer than 6 months.
