Berry balls combine sweet berries with creamy ricotta and oats into soft, no-bake bites rich in fibre and protein. They're a quick, wholesome snack for toddlers from around 10 months. Roll, chill until firm, and serve in small, safe pieces — a fuss-free treat with no added sugar.

- Oats3 tbsp

1. Mix all the ingredients together.

2. Form balls and place them on a baking sheet or in an air fryer.

3. Bake in an air fryer at 200°C for 10 minutes or in an oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
