Designed for small appetites, this gentle breakfast combines broccoli, egg, rice flakes and a little milk into a soft, mild bake that's easy to eat. It's a nourishing option for picky or cautious eaters from around 8 months. Cook until just set, then cool and offer in small, soft pieces.
Ingredients
- Broccoli3 florets
- Egg (C1)1 pc
- Milk3 tbsp
- Rice flakes2 tbsp (level)
- Butter1 tsp
Instructions

Boil the broccoli and mash it with a fork.

Add all the remaining ingredients to the broccoli.

Pour into molds and steam for 10-15 minutes.
