Ingredients

  • Broccoli3 florets
  • Egg (C1)1 pc
  • Milk3 tbsp
  • Rice flakes2 tbsp (level)
  • Butter1 tsp

Instructions

    Boil the broccoli and mash it with a fork.

    Add all the remaining ingredients to the broccoli.

    Pour into molds and steam for 10-15 minutes.
