Broccoli Pasta
Turkey or chicken, Broccoli, Orzo pasta, Butter, Cheese, Carrot, Water
Broccoli pasta tosses tender turkey or chicken with broccoli, orzo and carrot, with optional cheese for extra flavour. It's a balanced, vegetable-rich bowl that toddlers love from around 10 months. Cook the orzo soft, combine everything well, and serve warm at a safe, manageable size.
Ingredients
- Turkey or chicken meat50 g
- Broccoli2 large florets
- Orzo pasta30 g
- Carrot30 g
- Cheese (optional)20 g
- Butter or Ghee1/2 tsp
- Water500 ml

Grate the carrot using a coarse grater, and cut the broccoli and meat into small pieces.

Add the orzo pasta and butter, mix everything, cover with water, and cook for 20 minutes until the water has boiled away.

Once the water has evaporated, add the finely grated cheese and stir.
