Broccoli Pizza
Broccoli, Egg, Rice flour, Tomato, Chicken, Cheese
This broccoli pizza uses a vegetable-and-chicken base bound with egg and rice flour, topped with tomato and cheese — a clever gluten-free alternative for toddlers from around 10 months. It sneaks greens into a familiar favourite. Bake until set and golden, then cool and cut into easy-to-hold slices.
Ingredients
- Broccoli3 florets
- Chicken (raw)50 g
- Egg1 pc
- Rice flour2 tbsp
- Tomato1 pc
- Cheese35 g
Instructions

For the dough, place the broccoli, egg, and rice flour in a blender. Blend well.

Pour the dough onto a preheated pan and immediately add the chopped tomato and cooked chicken (optional), then sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for 2-3 minutes over low heat until the base has set well.

Place on a board and let cool. Divide into desired portions and put in the freezer. You can make small pizzas or one large one. You can cook them without thawing. Bake in an oven at 180°C for 5-7 minutes.
