Buckwheat patties 2.0 combine cooked buckwheat with broccoli and egg for an iron-rich, naturally gluten-free bite that's soft and savoury. They're a wholesome finger food for babies from around 8 months and easy to batch-cook. Pan-cook or bake until set, then cool and cut to a safe size.

Ingredients

  • Cooked buckwheat3 tbsp
  • Cooked broccoli2 florets
  • Egg1 pc
  • Dried garlic1/2 tsp

Instructions

    Boil the broccoli for just 5 minutes. Chop finely, then mix with the buckwheat and the egg.

    Cook like pancakes in a dry pan over LOW heat for 5 minutes on each side, turning occasionally.

    For children over one year old, add salt to taste. 😋
