Buckwheat patties with beef combine iron-rich grains and lean meat into tender, savoury bites seasoned with gentle dried herbs. Naturally gluten-free and filling, they're a wholesome finger food for babies from around 8 months. Pan-cook or bake until set, then cool and offer in safe pieces.

Instructions

Pour boiling water over the buckwheat and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Process the beef and onion in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.

Mix the buckwheat with the minced meat and form into small patties.

Place in the freezer until completely firm. Cooking after defrosting: The best option is to steam them for 40 minutes. ❄️Defrost before cooking. ⏰Store for no more than 90 days.
