Bulgur with minced meat

Bulgur with minced meat simmers fibre-rich grains with tender meat, carrot, tomato and onion for a balanced, nutritious bowl. Bulgur adds fibre and minerals, making this a wholesome meal for children from around 8 months. Cook until soft and the meat is done, then serve warm at a safe temperature.
Ingredients

- Carrot70 g
- Tomato40 g
- Onion40 g
- Boiling water500 ml
- Minced meat150 g

Place the tomato, carrot, and onion in a blender and process until smooth.

Put the minced meat in a dry pan and sauté slightly. Add the pureed vegetables and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.

Rinse the bulgur and add it to the pan with the meat and vegetables. Pour in the boiling water.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the water is absorbed. For children older than one year, add salt to taste.
