Cabbage Casserole
Broccoli, Cauliflower, Egg, Semolina
This cabbage casserole bakes broccoli and cauliflower with egg and semolina into a soft, vegetable-rich square that's easy to slice for self-feeding. It's a wholesome way to serve two cruciferous vegetables to babies from around 8 months. Bake until set and golden, then cool and cut into pieces.
Ingredients
- Broccoli1 head
- Cauliflower1 head
- Egg1 pc
- Oil for greasing the moldto taste
- Salt and dried garlic (for children over 1 year old)optional
- Semolina1.5 tbsp
Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.

Let the mixture sit for 5-7 minutes.

Grease a baking dish with oil and pour the mixture into it.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
