Cabbage Rolls 2.0
Beef, Chicken thigh fillet, Onion, Napa cabbage, Rice flakes or rice
These upgraded cabbage rolls combine beef and chicken with napa cabbage, onion and rice flakes for a tender, protein-rich meal. Wrapped soft and cooked through, they're packed with flavour and freeze well for busy weeks. A nourishing option for babies from around 8 months — serve cut to a safe size.
Ingredients
- Beef pulp100 g
- Chicken thigh fillet1 pc
- Onion1/4 pc
- Napa cabbage3-4 leaves
- Rice flakes or boiled rice2 tbsp
Instructions

Place all ingredients, except the rice, into a blender or pass them through a meat grinder.

Add the rice, mix well, and form into patties.

Place in the freezer until completely frozen. ❄️ Preparation after defrosting: The cabbage rolls can be baked in the oven with a little water at the bottom of the tray for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F). Alternatively, you can pour a little water into a pan, add the cabbage rolls, optionally add tomato sauce, and simmer for 20-30 minutes. The simplest method is steaming for 25-30 minutes. 🤗 ❄️ It is better to defrost them beforehand, but not mandatory. ⏰ Store for no more than 180 days.
