Carrot Cake

Oats, Carrot, Banana, Egg, Butter, Sour Cream

This carrot cake bakes oats, sweet carrot and banana with egg and a little sour cream into a soft, naturally sweet treat rich in fibre. It's a wholesome snack or breakfast for babies from around 8 months, with no refined sugar. Bake until set, then cool and cut into easy-to-hold pieces.

Ingredients

  • Long-cooking oats120 g
  • Raw carrot100 g
  • Banana90 g
  • Egg (C0)1 pc
  • Butter15 g
  • Sour cream 15%2 tbsp

Instructions

    Put the oats in a blender and grind them.

    Add the remaining ingredients to the oats and blend well.

    Lightly grease a baking dish and pour in the batter.

    Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.

    Spread sour cream over the cake. If the child is over a year old and you want it a bit sweeter, you can add 1 tablespoon of honey to the batter.
