Carrot Fritters
Carrot, Cheese, Rice flour, Water
Carrot fritters combine sweet boiled carrot with cheese and rice flour into soft, naturally sweet bites rich in vitamins. They're a simple, gluten-free snack for toddlers from around 10 months. Pan-cook or bake until set, then cool and serve in strips that little hands can grip.
Ingredients
- Boiled carrot50 g
- Cheese20 g
- Rice flour1 tbsp
- Water20 ml
Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

Cook over low heat for 3 minutes on each side. Allow to cool before serving.
