Carrot Puree Soup
Carrot, Potato, Chicken Fillet, Butter
This carrot puree soup blends sweet carrot and potato with tender chicken breast and a little butter into a smooth, comforting bowl. Light yet nourishing, it's gentle enough for the youngest eaters from around 6 months. Simmer until soft, blend silky, and serve warm at a safe temperature.
Ingredients

- Potato (medium)1 pc
- Chicken breast fillet50 g
- Butter10 g
- Water700 ml
Instructions

Peel the carrot and potato, dice them and boil until tender, along with the meat. (If you prefer to avoid the first broth, boil the meat separately and add it to the cooked vegetables at the end).

Once ready, add a piece of butter and blend until a puree consistency is reached.
