Cheese and Curd Flatbread for Soup
Cheese, Cottage Cheese, Egg, Flour
This cheese and curd flatbread is the perfect soft dipper for soup — combining cheese, curd, flour and egg into tender, protein-rich bread. It's a great accompaniment for toddlers from around 12 months. Bake until set and lightly golden, then cool and cut into strips for dunking and self-feeding.
Ingredients

- Cottage cheese/curd40 g
- Flour (any kind)20 g
- Egg (large)1 pc
Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and spread the mixture onto a well-heated pan in the form of a flatbread.

Reduce heat to low and cover with a lid. Bake for 4 minutes on each side.
