Chicken Broccoli Balls

These chicken and broccoli balls combine ground chicken with broccoli and onion into tender, vegetable-rich bites. Soft enough for early chewers, they're a handy finger food from around 8 months and perfect for batch-cooking. Steam or bake until cooked through and serve cut to a safe, manageable size.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli250 g
  • Ground chicken150 g
  • Onion1/4 piece

Instructions

    Finely chop the broccoli (frozen is preferred).

    Add the chopped broccoli, finely diced onion, and an egg to the ground chicken.

    Form small balls and place them in the freezer until completely frozen.

    Before cooking, it is best to remove them and place them in the refrigerator overnight for gradual thawing.

    You can steam them for 30 minutes or cook them in a skillet. For the skillet, pour a small amount of water, add the balls, and simmer for 20-30 minutes over medium heat.

    Store in the freezer for no more than 6 months.
