Chicken Soufflé

This chicken souffle blends tender thigh meat with carrot, zucchini and baby curd cheese into a light, airy texture that's easy for little mouths. It's a protein-rich, vegetable-packed meal for babies from around 8 months. Bake until just set and serve warm — soft enough for early chewers.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh fillet200 g
  • Carrots200 g
  • Zucchini200 g
  • Baby curd cheese2 tbsp

Instructions

    Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

    Divide into molds and place in the freezer. The preparation can be cooked by steaming without removing it from the mold. ❄️Defrost before cooking ⏰Can be stored for up to 180 days
