This chicken souffle blends tender thigh meat with carrot, zucchini and baby curd cheese into a light, airy texture that's easy for little mouths. It's a protein-rich, vegetable-packed meal for babies from around 8 months. Bake until just set and serve warm — soft enough for early chewers.

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
