Chocolate Cream Doughnuts

Banana, Oatmeal, Semolina or Polenta, Baking Powder, 20% Cream, Egg, Oil

These chocolate cream doughnuts blend banana and oatmeal with a little cocoa and cream for a naturally sweet, baked treat — no frying and no refined sugar. They're a fun option for toddlers from around 12 months. Bake until set, then cool before serving in soft, easy-to-hold pieces.

Ingredients

  • Banana60 g
  • Oatmeal1 tbsp
  • Semolina or polenta2 tbsp
  • Baking powder1/2 tsp
  • 20% cream100 g
  • Oil for greasing the mold
  • Cocoa1 tsp

Instructions

    Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

    Pour half of the mixture out of the blender jar.

  3. 3

    Add cocoa to the remaining mixture and blend again.

  4. 4

    Pour both mixtures into the mold simultaneously, as shown in the video.

  5. 5

    Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
