Chicken thigh mince, Broccoli, Buckwheat, Carrot
A complete little meal of chicken, broccoli, buckwheat and carrot — protein, greens and iron-rich grains in one bowl. Lightly parboiled buckwheat keeps the texture soft, making it a balanced choice from around 7 months. Cook everything until tender and mash or blend to suit your baby's stage.
Ingredients
- Chicken thigh mince300 g
- Broccoli50 g
- Buckwheat (slightly parboiled)40 g
- Carrot50 g
Instructions

Steam the broccoli and carrots, then mash them with a fork.

Add the mince and buckwheat. Mix everything together and place into available molds. Put in the freezer until completely set. You can cook by steaming or in a pot with a small amount of water for 20 minutes.
