This corn porridge simmers corn grits with sweet pumpkin, onion and tender chicken for a savoury, naturally gluten-free bowl that's filling and balanced. It's a comforting meal for babies from around 8 months. Cook until soft and creamy, then mash or chop to suit your baby's stage.
Ingredients
- Corn grits50 g
- Pumpkin100 g
- Onion1/4
- Butter5 g
- Water700 ml
- Chicken fillet50 g
Instructions

1. Finely chop the onion, meat, and pumpkin.

2. Place them in a preheated pan along with the meat and corn grits.

3. Cover with water and simmer over low heat until the water has fully evaporated. Add more water if necessary.
