Cottage cheese and apple kalachi combine creamy curd with grated apple and polenta into soft, lightly sweet ring-shaped treats. Rich in protein and fibre, they're a quick, nutritious option for breakfast or a snack from around 8 months. Bake or pan-cook until set, then cool and serve in pieces.
Ingredients

- Cottage cheese50 g
- Polenta1 tbsp
- Any oil/butter10 g
Instructions

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes to allow the polenta to swell.

Pour into molds and bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
