Couscous with vegetables
Couscous, Zucchini, Carrot, Oil, Water
Fluffy couscous with zucchini and carrot makes a light, fibre-rich vegetarian meal that's quick to prepare. Mild and easy to digest, it's a gentle introduction to grains for babies from around 8 months. Cook the couscous soft, stir through the tender vegetables, and serve warm.
Ingredients
- Couscous50 g
- Zucchini100 g
- Carrot50 g
- Oil1 tsp
- Water300 ml
Instructions

Dice the zucchini and carrot and add them to a pot of water. Cook until tender.

Add the couscous and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the oil at the end.
