Couscous with vegetables
Turkey, Carrot, Onion, Cauliflower, Oil, Couscous, Water
This couscous dish stirs tender turkey, carrot, onion and cauliflower through fluffy grains for a light, balanced meal. It's mild, easy to digest and quick to prepare for babies from around 8 months. Cook the couscous soft and the vegetables tender, then serve warm and well combined.
Ingredients
- Turkey50 g
- Carrot50 g
- Onion1/4 medium onion
- Cauliflower80 g
- Ghee or butter30 g
- Couscous70 g
- Water350 ml
Instructions

Add the carrot, onion, cauliflower, oil, and water to a pan. Simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat.

Then add the couscous and let it cook for a couple more minutes.
