Curd and Banana Casserole

Curd, Egg, Banana, Butter

A curd and banana casserole bound with egg and a little butter makes a high-protein, naturally sweet bake that freezes wonderfully. Soft and lightly golden, it's a great make-ahead breakfast or snack for babies from around 8 months. Bake until set, then cool, slice and freeze extra portions.

Ingredients

  • 5% Curd40 g
  • Egg1 pc
  • Banana1 pc
  • Butter1 tsp

Instructions

    Mash the banana with a fork.

    Add the egg and curd, mix well.

  3. 3

    Pour into molds. Place sliced banana rounds and butter on top.

    Place in the freezer until completely frozen. Bake without defrosting in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

    ❄️ Can be cooked without defrosting.

  6. 6

    ⏰ Store for no more than 2 months.
