Curd, Banana, Egg, Butter
A curd and banana casserole bound with egg and a little butter — a high-protein, naturally sweet bake that's quick to prepare and freezes well. Soft and lightly golden, it's a great make-ahead breakfast for babies from around 8 months. Bake until set, then cool, slice and store extras.
Ingredients
- 5% Curd (Quark)40 g
- Egg1 pc
- Banana1 pc
- Butter1 tsp
Instructions

Mash the banana with a fork.

Add the egg and curd, mix well.

Pour into molds. Place sliced banana rounds and butter on top.

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

♨️In an air fryer - 10 minutes at 180°C.
