Curd and oat bagels combine protein-rich curd with oats, banana and egg into soft, naturally sweet rings perfect for breakfast or a quick snack. They're easy for little hands to hold from around 8 months. Bake until set, then cool and serve in grabbable pieces — no added sugar needed.

Ingredients

  • Oats100 g
  • Curd (tvorog)100 g
  • Banana60 g
  • Butter25 g
  • Egg1 pc

Instructions

    Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.

    Distribute into molds; you can bake them as muffins instead of bagels.

    Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes. You can flip them for a crispier crust.
