Curd-Apple Rings

Apple, Curd cheese (Tvorog), Semolina or polenta, Egg, Butter

Curd-apple rings combine creamy curd cheese with grated apple, semolina and egg into soft, lightly sweet ring-shaped bites. They're a nutritious breakfast or snack rich in protein and fibre for babies from around 8 months. Bake or pan-cook until set, then cool and serve in grabbable pieces.

Ingredients

  • Curd cheese (Tvorog)100 g
  • Apple60 g
  • Semolina or polenta2 tbsp
  • Egg1 pc
  • Butter or ghee10 g

Instructions

    Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

    Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

    Alternatively, bake in an air fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes.
