Curd Vatrushka

A curd vatrushka brings together curd cheese, egg yolk, rice flour and banana with a little fruit for a soft, lightly sweet baked treat. It's a gentle, protein-rich breakfast or snack for babies from around 8 months. Bake until set, then cool and cut into easy-to-hold pieces.

Ingredients

  • Curd 5%100 g
  • Egg yolk1 pc
  • Rice flour2 tbsp heaping
  • Banana1/2 pc
  • Baby curd1 tbsp heaping
  • Any berriesa handful

Instructions

    Mix the curd with the egg yolk, rice flour, and banana.

    Form a flat patty with raised edges.

  3. 3

    Top the patty with a mixture of berries and baby curd.

    Place in the freezer until completely set ❄️ Preparation after thawing: Place the thawed base in the oven for 15 minutes, bake at 180°C. ⏰ Store for no more than 180 days.
