Dairy-free Porridge
Water, Grains or flakes, Formula or breast milk, Ghee, Fruits or berries
A flexible dairy-free porridge made with water, your choice of grains, and a little formula or breast milk, finished with fruit or berries and ghee. It's a gentle, easily digestible first breakfast for infants from around 6 months. Cook until soft and smooth, and adjust the texture as baby grows.
