Delicate Casserole

Sour cream, Egg, Berries, Honey, Baking soda, Semolina

This delicate casserole sets sour cream and egg with semolina, a little honey and fresh berries into a soft, lightly sweet bake — a quick breakfast or healthy dessert for toddlers from around 12 months (honey is only safe after one year). Bake until set, then cool and cut into soft pieces.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream 15-20%2 tbsp
  • Egg1 pc
  • Semolina (can be replaced with polenta)2 tbsp
  • Honey1 tbsp
  • Baking soda1/2 tsp
  • Any berries30 g

Instructions

    Mix all ingredients in a bowl and let them sit for 10-15 minutes.

    Grease a baking dish with oil and pour the mixture into it. Sprinkle berries on top.

    Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes.
