These delicate cottage cheese muffins fold banana and mango into baby curd, egg and corn flour for a naturally sweet, protein-rich treat the whole family can share. Soft and portable, they're great for snacks from around 8 months. Bake until set, then cool and serve in easy-to-hold pieces.
Ingredients

- Egg1 pc
- Baby cottage cheese (plain)1 pc (95g)
- Ghee1 tsp
- Mango30 g
- Corn flour (Polenta)2 tbsp
Instructions

Mash the banana with a fork.

Add the egg, cottage cheese, and mango (or any other fruit) to the mixture and stir until smooth.

Add the flour and melted butter to the mixture and stir thoroughly.

Pour the batter into silicone molds.

Bake in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes.
