Broccoli, Egg, Rice
A delicate omelet of broccoli, rice and egg makes a soft, balanced bite that's light yet filling. The rice adds gentle carbohydrates while broccoli brings greens and the egg supplies protein. A lovely breakfast or lunch for babies from around 8 months — cook through fully and cut into strips.
Ingredients
- Broccoli3 florets
- Rice (dry)20 g
- Egg1 pc
Instructions

Steam the broccoli for 10 minutes. Cook the rice until tender.

Rinse the rice. Mash the broccoli with a fork and mix with the rice and the raw egg.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C (356°F) or steam for 10 minutes.
