Delicate Omelet Without Milk

Spinach, Egg, Water, Oil

A dairy-free delicate omelet of egg, spinach and water makes a soft, light breakfast that's quick and packed with greens. It's a gentle, milk-free option for babies from around 8 months. Cook the egg through fully, then cool and cut into strips that little hands can manage.

Ingredients

  • Egg1 pc
  • Spinach20 g
  • Water30 ml
  • Any oil1 tsp

Instructions

    Finely chop the spinach, mix it with the egg, water, and oil. Optionally, you can add a little bit of dried garlic.

    Pour the mixture onto a preheated pan and turn the heat to low.

    Cook over low heat for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.

    For a complete breakfast, you can add buckwheat or any other grain, fresh tomato, and/or cucumber.
