Delicate Pancakes

Carrot, Milk, Rice flour, Baby curd/cottage cheese, Egg, Ghee

These delicate pancakes blend carrot, baby curd and egg with rice flour and a little milk for a soft, protein-rich breakfast that's lightly sweet. The carrot adds vitamins and colour. A lovely morning option from around 8 months — cook gently until set and serve in strips for little hands.

Ingredients

  • Carrot50 g
  • Milk (formula or breast milk)150 ml
  • Rice flour3 tbsp
  • Baby curd (plain/no additives)1 tbsp
  • Egg1 pc
  • Ghee butter1 tsp

Instructions

    Pre-boil the carrot for 15 minutes.

    Add all ingredients (egg, milk, curd, flour, butter) to a blender and mix until smooth.

    Bake in a dry frying pan for 1 minute on each side.
