Delicate Steamed Porridge
Nectarine, Peach, Egg, Baby Quark, Millet Flakes
A delicate steamed porridge with nectarine or peach, baby curd, egg and millet flakes — soft, lightly sweet and gently set. Steaming keeps it moist and tender, making it a comforting breakfast from around 8 months. Cook until just firm and serve warm, mashing to suit your baby's stage.
Ingredients
- Nectarine/Peach1 pc
- Egg1 pc
- Baby curd/quark (plain)1 pc
- Millet flakes (oat or other flakes can be used)5 tbsp
Instructions

Mash the nectarine with a fork.

Add the remaining ingredients to the mix and stir well.

Pour the mixture into silicone molds.

Steam for 15-20 minutes (in a steamer or a pot with a small amount of water). If your baby prefers it sweeter, you can use a banana instead of the nectarine.
