Delicious Casserole

Curd, Carrot, Sour cream, Egg, Semolina/Polenta

This delicious casserole bakes curd with carrot, egg and a little semolina or polenta into a soft, protein-rich square that's lightly sweet and tender. Bound with sour cream, yogurt or cheese, it's a wholesome breakfast or snack for babies from around 8 months. Bake until set, then cool and slice.

Ingredients

  • Curd 5%100 g
  • Carrot70 g
  • Sour cream, Greek yogurt, or curd cheese1 tbsp
  • Egg1 pc
  • Semolina or polenta1 tbsp

Instructions

    Add the finely grated carrot and all other ingredients to the curd.

    Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Optionally, you can add 1/2 a banana for extra sweetness. After cooking, place in the freezer until completely set. If necessary, reheat in an air fryer or oven for 10 minutes.

    ❄️ Can be prepared without defrosting.

    ⏰ Store for no more than 180 days.
