Delicious Casserole (Egg-free)

Carrot, Cottage cheese, Baby curd/yogurt, Semolina/polenta

This egg-free casserole bakes grated carrot with baby curd, cottage cheese and a little semolina into a soft, lightly sweet square that's perfect for babies avoiding egg. It's a gentle, protein-rich meal from around 8 months. Bake until set, then cool and cut into easy-to-hold pieces.

Ingredients

  • Carrot (raw)50 g
  • Baby curd or soft cottage cheese2 tbsp
  • Cottage cheese100 g
  • Semolina or polenta1.5 tbsp

Instructions

    Finely grate the carrot.

    Add the remaining ingredients to the carrot and mix well. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

    Place the mixture into a baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
