This oatmeal puree blends soft-cooked oats with sweet potato and a little baby curd for a filling, fibre-rich meal. The oats add slow-release energy while the curd brings gentle protein and creaminess. A comforting breakfast option from around 7 months — loosen with water to the texture your baby likes.

- Sweet potato50 g
- Baby curd1 tbsp
- Water1 glass
Instructions

Peel and dice the sweet potato. Add it to boiling water and cook until soft.

Add the oatmeal to the sweet potato and cook until fully done.

When ready, transfer everything to a blender and add the baby curd.
