Delicious Pancakes
Egg, Zucchini, Oatmeal, Oil
These delicious pancakes blend zucchini with oatmeal, egg and a little oil for a quick, nutritious breakfast that's soft and lightly savoury. The zucchini keeps them moist while oats add fibre. A wholesome morning option for babies from around 8 months — pan-cook until set and serve in strips.
Ingredients
- C1 size egg1 pc
- Zucchini50-60 g
- Oatmeal (avoid long-cooking types)2 tbsp
- Oil1 tbsp
Instructions

Grate the zucchini using a coarse grater.

Add the oatmeal and egg to it.

Let it sit for 10 minutes so the oatmeal can swell.

Fry in a hot pan for 4-5 minutes on each side. *You can optionally add 10-20 g of hard cheese.
